Yoga is extremely popular today, but it is much more than stretching and poses. 

In the full episode, I talk about yoga in simple, natural Hungarian: what yoga really is, why it is not only for women, and how it affects the body, the mind, and our emotions. 

You will hear about different types of yoga, how to start practicing, what equipment you really need (spoiler: not much), and why patience and regular practice matter – not only in yoga, but also in language learning.
